Bookings, payments & cancellation policy for

For booking all our packages the following process has to be done
Choose your package and send us your request with the form on the contact page
Together with our confirmation, you will be informed about the amount of the deposit which need to be paid by bank transfer to the corresponding bank account within at least 14 days after confirmation to claim your spot.
Short term booking are possible. Therefore read our cancellation policy below.
The outstanding payment has to be paid at the end of your holiday at the location.
When the deposit is not done in time your reservation will be automatically canceled. A specified deposit of the package cost is required to confirm your spot. These deposits are non-refundable so make sure you are committed before you book and pay the required deposit. If you do have to cancel in case of illness/sickness or other reasons we will refund your deposit provided that we can rebook the dates that you have canceled.
If you book your trip less than 7 days before departure, we may ask for full payment at the time of booking and the full payment is not refundable.
If you fail to show up for your trip you will be charged the full package price.
Therefore we strongly recommend booking a travel insurance in advance that cover all-risk, including cancellation cover and no show cover.
If we have to cancel your trip due to circumstances beyond our control (dangerous weather, water levels, etc.) we will refund your deposit in full, or reschedule if the dates are mutually agreeable. Rain is not considered as dangerous weather.
BY PAYING THE REQUIRED DEPOSIT TO BOOK ONE OF THE PACKAGES YOU WILL ACCEPT THE TERMS AND AGREEMENTS THAT WERE ESTABLISHED IN TOLMIN, SLOVENIA IN 2016.
